We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist with a passion for building meaningful business connections and driving growth to join our team. Our company specializes in building and investing in brands, brand reselling model via Amazon FBA, along with providing E-commerce related trainings. We are constantly expanding our product offerings and are now providing Digital and Social Media Marketing Services as well to complement our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification and Qualification: Research and pinpoint potential leads in specific sectors or demographics, ensuring compatibility with our products or services.
- LinkedIn Outreach Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation software to identify and qualify potential leads within our target market.
- Social media Outreach: Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook & Instagram and freelancing platforms such as Fiver and Up work to identify leads and qualify potential leads.
- Data Mining: Conduct research to gather relevant information about potential leads, including contact details, company information, and industry trends.
- Outreach: Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to initiate conversations with prospects through various communication channels.
- Cold Email Campaigns: Design, roll out, and fine-tune cold email strategies, ensuring messages captivate the target audience and align with best practices.
- Cold Calling: Actively engage potential leads via phone, discerning their needs and showcasing our company as a fitting solution.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Collaborate in unison with the sales and marketing wings to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and transitioned.
- Feedback Loop: Maintain open channels of communication with sales and outreach factions about lead quality, challenges, and burgeoning opportunities.
- Meeting Booking: Coordinate meetings for the sales team with vetted leads, ensuring a smooth transition.
- CRM Management: Log, monitor, and refresh lead data and engagements in the company’s CRM, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and efficient lead nurturing.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly metrics related to lead engagement, meetings, and other pertinent KPIs.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry shifts, competitor maneuvers, and best practices in outreach and lead generation, recalibrating strategies as needed.
- Tool Mastery: Master and deploy the latest toolkits and platforms for lead generation and outreach, enhancing both efficiency and impact.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, track key performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
- Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback, experiment with diverse outreach tactics, and consistently refine methodologies to elevate lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Prior Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Outreach Specialist generating leads within the US, Middle East, and European markets, with excellent English language skills.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Ad Campaigns Proficiency: Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Instagram Ads targeting to generate maximum qualified leads
- Outreach Skills: Demonstrable expertise in LinkedIn outreach, crafting of cold emails, and cold calling techniques.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with lead generation and outreach tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Snov.io, ZoomInfo, or Leadfeeder.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Email Outreach Platforms: Proficiency in deploying email outreach platforms like Outreach.io, Lemlist, Instantly, or Woodpecker.
- Effective Communication: Strong ability to convey messages adeptly across diverse audiences, both in written and verbal formats.
- Organizational Skills: Capability to manage and oversee multiple outreach campaigns concurrently.
- Technological Adaptability: Fluency in various outreach tools and platforms.
- Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated on industry trends and a commitment to ongoing skill enhancement.

Job Type:
Full-time Monday to Saturday.
Salary:
Base Salary of 80,000 PKR with sales-target driven commissions.
Job Timing:
2pm – 11pm (One hour Break Included)
