About Role:
Are you a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with a passion for crafting visually stunning and effective content? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and take charge of designing top-tier visual assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and high-quality A+ content and listing images for Amazon product listings.
- Develop graphics that highlight product features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand the brand’s vision and product details.
- Ensure all graphics meet Amazon’s guidelines and standards.
- Continuously optimize and update content based on performance data and feedback.
- Collaborating closely with clients and account managers to grasp project objectives, target audiences, and brand identity guidelines.
- Conceptualizing and designing compelling visual assets that effectively communicate the client’s messages across branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, and website design.
- Leading design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, priorities, and resources to deliver exceptional work that exceeds client expectations.
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually innovate creatively.
- Creating captivating logos that align with client branding and vision.
- Developing engaging social media posts to boost online presence.
- Designing innovative packaging solutions that align with client branding and project objectives, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintaining communication with other relevant team members to ensure the success of projects.
- Applying video editing skills to enhance multimedia content, including social media videos and campaign presentations (preferred, not mandatory).
- Managing digital assets while strictly adhering to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all platforms.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
Professionals with at least 2 years of work experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an advertising agency or similar environment.
Skills:
- Individuals proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Canva, and other relevant design software.
- Those with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Self-starters who demonstrate the ability to work independently, showing initiative and creativity in executing projects with minimal supervision.
- Individuals who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all designs are of high quality and meet standards.
Portfolio:
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work. (A+ Content portfolio is a plus)
- Creatives who have a portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in storytelling, illustration, typography, visual, Ul design, and motion.
Education:
A degree or certification in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
Availability::
Ability to work onsite as per the company’s requirements.
