We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a Brand Manager Team Lead (Amazon Pre & Post-Launch) with a passion for building brands and driving growth to join our team. Our company specializes in building and investing in brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Amazon Pre-Launch Team: Manage and guide the team to ensure efficient product launches, aligning all tasks with Amazon’s best practices.
- Analyze New Products: Conduct in-depth product analysis to assess market potential and drive products towards successful and timely Amazon launches.
- Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement brand strategies for Amazon, ensuring alignment with business goals and Amazon’s platform requirements.
- Pre-Launch & Post-Launch Coordination: Oversee all pre-launch activities (keyword research, listing optimization, and campaign setup) and post-launch performance (monitoring, data analysis, and optimization).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across Amazon and other channels.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Perform detailed Amazon-specific market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies and enhance product performance.
- Post-Launch Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like sales, reviews, and conversion rates; adjust strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years leadership experience
